Last night I slept for hours and hours and hours. I guess that you can only go for so long before you require some real rest.

I was feeling sort of guilty this morning, feeling behind.......wondering if I wasted precious time sleeping?

Then this song came on in the car and I realized sleep was exactly what I needed! When I get caught up in life and things begin to run together, it's important to have those reminders.........SLOW DOWN!
