The Bad News:
I took a handful of photos after running around frantic all day setting up and prepping food for the party when the battery died.......ugh! I didn't even think to check the camera. So, I put it on the charger and headed back to the kitchen and the rest is history.
I am so disappointed that I have basically no photos from the big event! Piles of gorgeous food and hours of fun with good friends.....and not a single shot of us from the whole night. Oh well, what can you do? I guess a gal can only do so many things at once and cooking, serving, hosting, and visiting was all I could handle......photographing didn't make the cut.
The Good News:
I have three jars of hot sauce to giveaway. It is my dads famous recipe and we have been telling him for years to bottle and sell it. The rules are simple, leave a comment on the blog anytime this week and your name will be entered in the drawing. Next weekend I will pick randomly select three names and announce them Monday. This will be a small token of appreciation for the people that are following this new blog. Thanks to everyone that reads!!!
